Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Our current processing time is 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday). You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships!

Q: What's your return or exchange policy?

A: All sales are final. ❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing checkout!

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can help!

Q: Are your glass cups dishwasher safe?

A: Nope! To keep your design looking cute and long-lasting, hand wash only and avoid soaking.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

Q: I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?

A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at orders.tiffanytrinkets@gmail.com ASAP. Once shipped, we're not responsible for incorrect address errors.

Q: Do you offer custom designs?

A: At the moment, we don't offer custom orders - but stay tuned 👀! Follow us on socials or join the Trinket Club for updates on personalized drops.

Q: Do the cups come with a straw and lid?

A: Yes! Each Libbey cup comes with a bamboo lid and clear glass straw so you're sip-ready straight out the box. 💕

Q: Can I send a cup as a gift?

A: Absolutely! Our cups make the perfect gift. Add a note at checkout or email us if you'd like to include a special message 🎁✨
